Align
As you begin to learn more about yourself, about your physical body, your emotional body, your spiritual body, you begin to rearrange the puzzle pieces to fit your unique configuration creating efficiencies and optimal energy.
In the Align stage, you receive practices and routines designed specifically for you.
Just as there are different diets that work for different types of physical bodies, there are different energetic, spiritual, physical and emotional self care and wellness rituals that work best with your unique configuration.
We are not one-size-fits-all and it’s important to know what works best for you to optimize your energy and your impact so the you can do what you are meant to do in this world.

Shine
Radiate your true self.
Share your gifts with others so that they too can remember and ignite.
In the Shine stage, we work together on your goals all while making sure that you Burn Bright, and Burn Out.
You are now familiar with the pieces, with what works best for your unique configuration, and it’s time to share your light with the world.
I’m here for you as your biggest support system, continuing to offer tools, resources and accountability.

The online portion of this group program will run from July - September with the In-Person retreat in October (Date & Location TBD, most likely Southern California).
Tentative Call times are Tuesdays @ 5pm PST (8pm EST) starting July 11th through September 26th. We’ll do 3 weeks on, one week off to play catch up and schedule the 1:1 calls each month.
All classes will be recorded and call times may shift slightly based on the availability of group members.
1:1 Sessions will be scheduled individually.

Not necessarily. Once we begin exploration and learning more about ourselves and our gifts (Awaken), we’ll start to incorporate rituals and practices (Align) and continue to build on them throughout the first few months together.
This will also depend on the group members as we’ll be intuitively guided on the flow and format.

By the end of this program (more likely very soon into this program) you’ll know much more about yourself, your patterns, your energy and your purpose as well as identify these things in others.
You’ll receive tools to operate from a place of more ease, alignment & efficiency in your life and business.
You’ll deepen your practices and your relationship with yourself, with nature, with this community and with others in your life.
You’ll receive support and guidance on how to bring your vision to life, to fully step into your purpose and share your gifts with the world.
